Some deals don’t fit neatly into a standard contract. There may be several owners, a property with title, access or permit issues, or a structure that takes more than one closing. Sean Gribbons helps organize these transactions and see them through.

- Map the moving parts. Parties, title, financing, approvals, deadlines.
- Bring in the right professionals. Attorneys, title, lenders, surveyors, tax advisors, and a contractor where needed.
- Document it clearly. Colorado’s standard forms, with added terms drafted by the parties’ attorneys where required.
- Manage to closing. One point of contact keeping every party on schedule.
