He works with investors, attorneys, and specialty clients (expert witness, professional referee, and receivership). He can be engaged personally or through the brokerage. Sean isn’t an attorney. He doesn’t provide legal services beyond what the Colorado Real Estate Commission allows a licensed broker to do, and his opinions aren’t appraisals.
He also owns Gribbons Group Corp, a construction company. Local contractor licenses: Douglas County #A260170, Jefferson County Class B #1028872, City of Littleton #AEC002126, and City of Arvada #AEC13870. That hands-on work informs how he looks at renovation and fix-and-flip projects.
