Contact form submissions are stored in our WordPress.com account and screened for spam by Automattic’s Akismet service. WordPress.com may collect site statistics and, depending on our plan, display ads that use cookies.

How We Use It

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services you request.
  • To communicate with you about a transaction or engagement.
  • To comply with legal and Colorado Real Estate Commission record-keeping requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide services you request (for example with lenders, title companies or other parties to a transaction, with your permission), with service providers that operate this website, or when required by law.

Phone Calls

Our office line may be answered by an automated or AI-assisted receptionist that records or transcribes call details so we can follow up with you.

Text Messages

  • Opt-in only. We text you only if you check the optional text-message box on our contact form (or otherwise give us express consent). Consent is not a condition of any service.
  • What we send. Messages about your inquiry, such as replies, scheduling and follow-up. Message frequency varies.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

  • No selling or sharing. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
