Sean combines more than a decade of hands-on whole-house renovation experience with years of Colorado real estate brokerage practice. He can help evaluate construction quality, scope and cost questions, renovation and repair disputes, and real estate practice and transaction issues.

Professional Referee

When a court appoints a referee to oversee the sale or division of real property, Sean brings practical knowledge of property condition, marketing and the Colorado transaction process.

Receiver

Sean is available for receivership appointments involving residential and investment real estate, including property oversight, repairs and stabilization, and marketing and sale of the property as directed by the court.
